You’ll need a proven track record that demonstrates your ability to manage a portfolio of clients in both B2B and B2C categories. A strong marketing and brand building understanding is key to the creative team delivering the right solution. Experience in both traditional and digital marketing solutions is extremely important and you need to understand & recommended where each one fits.
You need to have strong initiative and propose new ideas that will grow our clients’ brands. We don’t wait for client briefs – we create them. You’ll be responsible to ensure the team’s marketing efforts are resulting in our clients’ goals and expectations being met.
Our agency has a portfolio of SMME retainer clients from various industries.
Your role and responsibilities will include:
Client Services:
- Facilitate and manage client onboarding
- Responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships
- Compile weekly and monthly reports
- Plan and facilitate meetings
- Manage client expectations
- Engage with clients at a senior level
- Identify and upsell other services
Marketing Execution:
- Proactively propose new marketing ideas across digital channels
- Write marketing strategies that will achieve client business goals within budget
- Ability to identify marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness and drive enquiries
- Development of brand positioning
- Compile advertising plans, present to client, manage bookings and arrange material
Project planning and management:
- Outline tasks, allocate time, and people required & track tasks to completion
- Write creative and campaign briefs
- Plan scripts and shot lists for photo and video shoots
- Source and select well matched suppliers per project
- Arrange quotes and obtain client approvals
- Identify internal/external resources required to achieve project deliverables
Production:
- Manage print, video, and photography production

Extremely Advantageous:
- Understanding of MailChimp / Klaviyo
- Able to update content on WordPress
- Good understanding of Google Analytics & Google Ads
- Experience in e-Commerce Marketing
