WE'RE HIRING - DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

If you have 2 years or more experience in a digital advertising agency and are multiskilled in implementing strategy, then we invite you to apply for a position as Digital Marketing & Content Creator at our Digital Agency in Kloof. You need to be a creative thinker with a proven track record that shows your ability to create content and build online communities. Careful planning, meticulous attention to detail and brand building skills is key to ensuring we meet our clients’ objectives. Experience in digital marketing, particularly social media, is extremely important and you need to show proof of understanding of how to build awareness and drive leads.

You need to show strong initiative and propose new ideas that will grow our clients’ brands. We don’t wait for client briefs – we create them. You will co-ordinate team activities that relate to the clients you manage using our internal systems and procedures.

Our agency has a healthy portfolio of retainer clients which are predominantly SMME’s. We are mindful marketers, which means we want to grow brands that are conscious that what they sell does not harm the environment or any living thing in it.

REQUIREMENTS

Client Services:

• Facilitate and manage client onboarding

• Responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships

• Be the key contact for selected clients

• Compile monthly reports

• Plan and participate in meetings

• Manage client expectations

• Communicate project status

• Team co-ordination

• Arrange quotes and obtain client approvals

Digital Marketing:

Proactively propose new marketing ideas across digital channels

Have a good understanding of AdWords, websites and landing pages in order to identify opportunities and liaise with clients

Social Media:

• Manage & engage with online communities, influencers & pages in order to build followers and product/service adoption

• Look for collab opportunities

• Upload approved posts

• Facilitate internal brainstorming

• Manage social media content process to ensure content is approved and posted on time

• Compile content & design briefs and facilitate internal reviews before presenting to client

• Suggest campaign ideas & optimise performance

• Social listening for brand mentions & trends

Content Creation:

• Write social media posts & campaign content

• Write email campaigns and brief graphic designer

• Blog writing

• Write content strategies

• Recommend content ideas to clients

• Resize images / graphics

• Basic graphic design (advantageous)

SKILLS

• Marketing related degree

• Proven Social Media / Digital Marketing experience

• Experience in Facebook Business Manager

• Good writing skills

• Basic graphic design skills advantageous

• Excellent understanding of most popular social media platforms
